1. About MCQTOP

MCQTOP is a Made-in-India AI-powered MCQ generation and smart test practice platform that lets users generate multiple-choice questions from PDFs, images, and text across multiple Indian languages. MCQTOP operates from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, with all servers located in India.

2. Eligibility

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

You must create an account to access most MCQTOP features and keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your account, use MCQTOP for illegal or abusive purposes, or attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform. MCQTOP may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Services Provided

• AI-based MCQ generation from user-provided content
• Multilingual support in 11 Indian languages
• Smart test creation with custom settings
• Brain Bytes credit system

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature with or without notice.

5. Brain Bytes & Payments

• Every user receives 150 free Brain Bytes on registration.
• Additional Brain Bytes require paid purchase.
• Payments are processed via PayU and Zoho Payment Gateway.
• MCQTOP does not store any banking, card, or UPI details.
• Brain Bytes are non-transferable, tied to one account, and do not expire.

6. No Storage of User Content

• MCQTOP does not store uploaded PDFs, images, notes, or generated MCQs.
• All uploaded data is processed temporarily and automatically deleted after processing.
• Users are responsible for saving their generated MCQs locally.

7. Test Accuracy & Educational Use Disclaimer

• MCQs are generated using AI trained on Indian exam-related datasets.
• MCQTOP does not guarantee questions will be 100% error-free.
• Verify important questions independently.
• MCQTOP is a practice and learning support tool only and not an official exam authority.

8. Pricing & Refund Policy

• Pricing is displayed clearly before purchase.
• Payments once made are non-refundable unless required by law.
• MCQTOP is not responsible for payment failures due to banks or payment gateways.
• MCQTOP is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

9. Account Deletion

• Request account deletion via email at help@mcqtop.com.
• Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
• After deletion, user data is removed as legally required and Brain Bytes balances are forfeited.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not upload illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the platform.
• No data scraping, automation, or abusive usage.
• No activities that violate Indian law.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

11. Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In
• Google Analytics
• PayU and Zoho Payment Gateway

These services operate under their own Terms and Privacy Policies. MCQTOP is not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.

12. Intellectual Property

• The MCQTOP platform, design, logo, and systems are the intellectual property of MCQTOP.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
• Generated MCQs belong to the user for personal educational use only.

13. Limitation of Liability

• MCQTOP is not liable for exam results, failures, or losses.
• MCQTOP is not liable for technical interruptions or downtime.
• MCQTOP is not liable for data loss caused by force majeure or external attacks.
• MCQTOP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Use of MCQTOP is entirely at your own risk.

14. Suspension & Termination

• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraudulent activities, or misuse.
• Access may be blocked without prior notice if security is at risk.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be reflected here with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
