Refund & Cancellation Policy – MCQTOP

This policy governs the purchase and use of paid services and Brain Bytes on MCQTOP. By making a payment, you agree to this policy in full.

1. No Refund Policy (Strict)

MCQTOP follows a strict “No Refund” policy.

  • All purchases of Brain Bytes are final and non-refundable.
  • Once payment is completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • This includes change of mind, accidental purchase, incorrect credit selection, partial usage, or non-usage of purchased credits.

Review your purchase carefully before completing payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation is not possible once payment is completed.
  • Credits are instantly added and become immediately usable.
  • No cancellation requests are accepted after successful payment.

3. Failed Transactions & Payment Errors

If the amount is debited but Brain Bytes are not credited due to network, bank, or gateway issues:

  • Contact support with registered email ID and transaction/payment reference ID.
  • After verification, credits will be manually added or the issue resolved as per gateway rules.

4. Duplicate Payments

  • Issues are verified with the payment gateway.
  • After confirmation, the extra amount may be refunded or adjusted as Brain Bytes at MCQTOP’s discretion and per gateway rules.

5. Account Deletion & Refund

  • Remaining Brain Bytes are forfeited when an account is deleted.
  • No refund is issued for unused credits.
  • Account deletion does not make the user eligible for any refund.

6. Service Interruption Disclaimer

MCQTOP is not responsible for refunds in cases of temporary downtime, maintenance, user-side internet issues, or force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.).

7. Changes to This Policy

MCQTOP may update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected here with an updated Last Updated date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
